Tara's response to The Dance

Overall i think this story is hilarious because it brings me back to my highschool days. There is so much imagery in the poem that does this including the fact the gym was so overcrowded and they managed to fit everyone in. The guys who thought they were better than everyone else came to the dance and you could just tell they smoked way too much marijuana. The fact that someone spiked the fruit punch is so funny. I remember one of my homecomings me and my friends got kicked out because we came their drunk, who didn't. I think the amount of sacarism you use in the story reminded me of all my guy friends, its almost like you were quoting them. Than there was always the friend that was single and the friends that were couples. I really enjoyed how real your story was, and im excited to comment further in class.
